By purchasing from The Polished Soul 1111, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All items are sold on a first come, first served basis. Once an item is claimed or purchased, it is considered sold.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours unless otherwise discussed. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled.

Open boxes are available and must be closed within 3 months or once they reach 5 kg, whichever comes first. Shipping charges apply once the box is closed.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All crystals and metaphysical items are sold for spiritual and decorative purposes only. Any information shared about crystal properties is based on personal beliefs and is not intended as medical, legal, or professional advice.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at our discretion.
