Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped from Canada within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently offer a flat shipping rate within Canada, and free shipping may apply on qualifying orders or promotions.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Open boxes are available for customers who would like to combine multiple orders over time. Open boxes must be closed within 3 months or once the package reaches 5 kg, whichever comes first. Shipping charges will apply once the box is closed.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof of the damage and packaging.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
