Due to the nature of crystals and intuitive items, all sales are final. Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and weights carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo proof of the damage and packaging so we can review the issue.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and are in the hands of the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Open boxes must be closed within 3 months or once the package reaches 5 kg, whichever comes first. If there is no response regarding an open box after multiple contact attempts, the order may be shipped automatically.
